Paula Luginbuhl, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist
Paula Luginbuhl received a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago in 2008 and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon in 2014. Dr. Luginbuhl has experience delivering mental health services in community mental health, medical, outpatient mental health, and non-profit settings.
Dr. Luginbuhl provides services for adults of all ages. She uses a strength-based approach to psychological services and strives to compassionately support individuals in making meaningful changes in their lives. She often works with people who are experiencing depression and anxiety, navigating adjustment and life transition issues, chronic pain, and older adults. She utilizes evidence based treatment approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dr. Luginbuhl values diversity and believes that establishing a supportive and trusting relationship where individuals feel accepted without judgment is fundamental to the therapeutic process.
