Lisa Burner, LPC
Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents and adults individually as well as families and groups. Lisa obtained her master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Oregon University, and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She practices a person-centered approach as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. She has experience working with a wide range of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorders. She has 8 years of experience working in various counseling settings such as individual counseling, child and family therapy, psychiatric crisis services, and school counseling. She holds a strong view of unconditional positive regard for individuals and upholds traits like congruency, nonjudgment and honesty. In her personal life, Lisa enjoys outdoor activities, caring for animals, and spending time with her family.
