I offer therapy services to children aged 6 years or older, adolescents, young adults, and adults dealing with problems related to general stress, behavior problems, AD(H)D, parenting, relationship problems, anxiety/OCD, depression, and chronic pain among others. My therapeutic approach is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy and strategic-solution focused therapy with a humanistic foundation. The client guides the therapy and develops goals and strategies through exploring motivation, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; focusing on strengths and building positive skills.
In addition to therapy, I offer comprehensive testing evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults for difficulties including, but not limited to: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, behavioral problems, socioemotional concerns, and pre-surgical psychological evaluations.
AboutI was born and raised in San Diego, CA where I nurtured my love for the outdoors, animals, and people. I moved to Eugene in early 2015 in search of a slower-paced life, a tighter-knit community, and green surroundings. On a weekend day, you might find me walking around town or on a trail, checking out shops, and eating at local restaurants. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, watching sports, and playing with my two dogs. I am happy to be a part of Strong IBH and look forward to using my education and experiences to help you navigate current obstacles. It is an honor to be a part of your journey.
