Dr. Naamith Heiblum is a clinical psychologist who is licensed in Oregon and NY states. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Stanford University and her masters and doctoral degrees in child clinical psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Bellevue Hospital/NY Child Study Center.
Dr. Heiblum works with children, teens, and adults. Her practice includes young people who struggle with internalizing and externalizing disorders, with a strong focus on engaging caregivers in relevant aspects of the treatment. Dr. Heiblum works with anxiety and depression disorders, trauma, and relational stressors. Her clinical approach draws from cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, family structural and strategic, and interpersonal models of therapy.
Dr. Heiblum has also been working as a clinical consultant with Multisystemic Therapy since 2001, supporting teams of therapists who provide intensive, community-focused treatment to serious juvenile sexual and non-sexual offenders and their families. She lives in Eugene with her husband and three children.
