Background

Dr. Rosenfeld is thrilled to be a part of the Strong Integrated Behavioral Health team, providing outpatient psychotherapy for adults, and psychological assessment for children and adults ages 6 and older. During her career, Dr. Rosenfeld has developed a clinical focus in neurodevelopmental concerns (ADHD, Autism, etc.), Anxiety, and life transitions.

She is passionate about working with young adults, as well as adults of all ages, in a collaborative therapy environment. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, using solution-focused and structured interventions to help facilitate change, while providing care from a relational foundation. She believes that the relationship one has with their therapist is of the utmost importance, and she strives to provide a supportive and welcoming environment for all clients, and to tailor treatment to the needs of each individual. Dr. Rosenfeld has experience and interest in working with clients who identify as LGBTQIA+, who identify with racial minorities, and those who hold other minority identities.

Dr. Rosenfeld also provides psychological assessment to children and adults, to help them answer questions about themselves. She uses nationally recognized, normed and validated assessment instruments to help answer questions related to neurodevelopmental concerns, among other questions. She seeks to provide this service through a Therapeutic Assessment lens, emphasizing collaboration between examiner and client whenever possible.

Dr. Rosenfeld also serves as the Group Therapy Coordinator for Strong IBH. In this role, she brings her knowledge and experience of group therapy, gained from working in University Counseling environments, to help develop and grow group therapy offerings for the practice.

Outside of work, Dr. Rosenfeld is a supporter and consumer of the arts. She has a background in theatre and performing arts, and seeks to support art in all its forms whenever she can. She also enjoys spending time at home with her family and dog, and is always working on a new knitting or crochet project!
