Dr. Janice Howard, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of experience in providing standardized assessment and intervention services for young children and adolescents with developmental, learning, and behavioral disorders. She completed her graduate training at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, receiving a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Doctoral Degree in Child Development and Family Studies. In addition, she completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical and Pediatric Psychology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. She has worked in state governmental agencies, multiple school districts, as well as in private practice. Dr. Howard’s areas of specialty include Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety, and Parent Training and Support. In her spare time, she enjoys working with shelter dogs to help them find their forever homes.
